Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to join our team in a center-based ABA program for children aged 2–15. You will implement behavior plans designed by BCBA, collect data, and support families with training.

This role offers a $1000 signing bonus for active RBTs and paid training, with opportunities for part-time or full-time hours. We value reliable, compassionate individuals who can work independently or with a team, communicate clearly with families, and adapt in a dynamic

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD preferred but not required.
• Demonstrated ability to work with confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report progress.
• Support BCBA with training families on implementing treatment plans.
• Be responsive to the needs and requests of clients, their families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families, supervisors, and other applicable parties.
• Physically keep up with clients as they move about the session area (standing, sitting, bending, lifting 25+ pounds, running, etc.).
• Any other tasks outlined by BCBA/LBA.
