Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking a Behavior Technician (RBT) to join our center-based team. You will implement behavioral plans, collect data on progress, and support BCBA guidance to families, delivering one-on-one treatment for children aged 2–15 in a structured setting.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification and access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience working with children with ASD is preferred but not required.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and report results.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear lines of communication with families and staff.
