Job summary

Positive Behavior Supports Corporation seeks an enthusiastic Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings. Implement ABA plans designed by a BCBA and document progress with data collection.

We offer mentorship, growth opportunities, flexible scheduling with potential to become full-time as caseloads grow, and travel locally to client sites. Prior ABA experience and a valid RBT certification are required.

Qualifications

• Active RBT certification required.
• Experience working with children in ABA therapy or related settings.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to travel locally for in-home sessions.
• Ability to engage clients, sit on the floor, and lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Work 1:1 with children in home, school, or community settings.
• Implement ABA-based treatment plans designed by a BCBA.
• Use positive reinforcement strategies to promote learning and independence.
• Collect and record data to monitor client progress.
• Collaborate with families and clinical teams to ensure success.
• Attend team meetings and ongoing professional development sessions.
