Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is a national behavioral health organization delivering ABA services for children from birth to 21. We seek Behavior Technicians to join our center-based team, providing 1-1 treatment in partnership with BCBAs. You will play a vital role as an essential member of the treatment team, helping children reach their goals.

Qualifications

• Current/Active RBT Certification.
• Access to reliable transportation.
• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience with ASD preferred but not required.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple high-priority tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication, problem-solving and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress and effectiveness of treatment.
• Train families on implementing treatment plans with BCBA support.
• Be responsive to clients, families, and supervisors.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
