Job summary

Proud Moments ABA is seeking Behavior Technicians to provide 1-1 ABA services in a center-based setting. The role partners with BCBAs to implement treatment plans for children with ASD, ages 2–21, and offers signing bonuses for active RBTs.

Responsibilities

• Implement behavioral plans designed by BCBA.
• Collect data to monitor progress of treatment plan.
• Support BCBA with training families on treatment plans.
• Be responsive to client needs and requests.
• Maintain clear communication with families and supervisors.
• Physically engage with children during sessions (2–15 years).
• Perform other tasks as outlined by BCBA/LBA.
