Job summary

Gonzaba Medical Group is seeking a Radiology IT Support Specialist to bridge Radiology Operations and Information Technology. You will manage PACS, RIS, DICOM workflows, and ensure image integrity and connectivity across modalities, radiologists, and external systems.

You will troubleshoot PACS/RIS issues, provide user training, develop documentation, and coordinate system upgrades with vendors. Travel between imaging locations may be required as part of after-hours support.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years radiology operations experience.
• Experience with teleradiology workflows.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate system upgrades, patches, and maintenance with vendors and IT.
• Provide operational and technical support to radiologists and technologists.
• Train staff and develop user guides.
• Monitor IT ticket queues and document activities.
