Job summary

You will train onboarding radiologists and technologists, and collaborate with Radiology and IS teams on system enhancements.

The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills to ensure accurate, timely operations and superb service to clinicians.

Qualifications

• 5 years experience in management and support of healthcare information systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide exemplary technical support to internal and external customers for PACS and related software.
• Assist in onboarding radiologists and technologists through training and guidance.
• Serve as liaison between Radiology and IS departments during system implementations and changes.
