Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in radiology, health informatics, information systems, or related field preferred.
• ARRT registration preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years radiology operations experience or equivalent imaging IT support.

Responsibilities

• Manage PACS, RIS, and related imaging systems, ensuring performance, connectivity, and image workflow.
• Support imaging workflow across CT, MRI, Ultrasound, Mammography, X-ray, and other modalities.
• Troubleshoot PACS/RIS issues, including image routing, worklists, interfaces, and user access.
• Provide DICOM/HL7 interface connectivity support between modalities and systems.
• Deliver user training and create guides/workflows for staff.
