Qualifications

• Customer-service oriented, frontline support experience.
• Knowledge of healthcare imaging workflows helpful.
• Ability to troubleshoot imaging systems and reports.

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline IT support for radiologists, technologists, and imaging operations.
• Serve as first point of contact for imaging technology support (PACS, Epic, Powerscribe).
• Perform remote support, after-hours assistance by phone, and remote device access as needed.
• Contribute to staff training, daily data/system maintenance, troubleshooting, and disaster planning.
