Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Three years’ experience in quality improvement or related social services field.
• Valid driver’s license, car registration, and auto insurance.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide QA/improvement technical assistance and advise on local process improvements.
• Verify implementation of strategies to measure and improve outcomes.
• Monitor quality improvement goals and track outcomes and measurements.
• Review incident data and prepare trends reports for management.
• Conduct incident report training and regional support.
• Perform internal investigations of incidents and/or allegations.
• Conduct audits and support preparation for licensing/certification reviews.
