Job summary

Eckerd Connects is seeking a QA-focused professional to support workforce development programs in Denver. You will analyze program quality and safety metrics, contribute to QA intervention decisions, and help document progress and outcomes across projects.

The role emphasizes collaboration with the Quality team, data validation, and reporting to ensure compliance with the Quality Management Plan and related standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or combination of education and experience.
• 3+ years of workforce development experience required; QA experience preferred.
• Knowledge of statutes, contracts terms and Quality Management standards, incl. data analytics processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program quality and safety metrics to determine the need for QA intervention.
• Develop and monitor QI initiatives with subject matter expertise.
• Maintain project schedules and documentation for tasks and reporting.
• Promote improvements to the workforce system as related to the Quality Management Plan.
• Support the quality team in implementing a quality management system.
