Job summary

Eckerd Connects is seeking a QA-focused professional to analyze program quality and safety metrics, and to drive QA initiatives across workforce development projects.

You will maintain documentation, track outcomes, and support the implementation of a comprehensive Quality Management Plan while engaging with community partners and stakeholders. A valid driver's license is required for field duties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of workforce development experience.
• Knowledge of statutes, contract terms and Quality Management standards.
• Driver's license and ability to drive for business.

Responsibilities

• Analyze program quality and safety metrics to determine the need for QA intervention.
• Develop and monitor QA initiatives with subject matter expertise.
• Maintain project schedules, databases or tools to document, track and report tasks.
• Promote improvements to the workforce system as related to the Quality Management Plan.
• Collaborate in the Quality team to implement a quality management system.
