Job summary

Cardinal McCloskey Community Services seeks a Quality Improvement/Business Intelligence Analyst to lead ongoing QI processes across preventive services and foster care programs in the United States. You will facilitate monthly QI committee meetings, analyze data from dashboards and surveys, and partner with leadership to implement improvement plans.

The role involves expanding BI capabilities with Microsoft Fabric and Power BI, supporting case reviews, and contributing to data exports,

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Social Work, BI, Data Analytics, or related field with 1 year of Quality Improvement (QI) experience.
Advanced knowledge of Microsoft 365, including Power BI and Fabric Platform.
Familiar with administrative databases used in data analysis.
Background in NYC child welfare programs and policies.
Strong analytic, written, and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Plan and facilitate monthly QI committee meetings.
Identify program strengths and challenges through quantitative and qualitative data analysis from dashboards, case reviews, and surveys.
Collaborate with program leadership to create and implement internal improvement plans (and with external partners like ACS and OCFS).
Participate in external meetings and workgroups (e.g., COFCCA Preventive Accountability).
Design and administer yearly surveys for key stakeholders and analyze results.
