Job summary

Colorado Access in Colorado is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst III – Quality to be the primary data liaison for the Quality department. You will translate requests into actionable reports, develop dynamic dashboards with Power BI and SSRS, and present results to senior management.

You will leverage SQL, data management tools, and analytics techniques to identify trends, ensure data quality, and support decision-making. Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in healthcare data with strong SQL experience.
• Expert in data reporting, analysis methods, data management and query tools.
• Experience with value-based care analytics and financial projections is a plus.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to turn requests into reports.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for department data requests and gather information.
• Analyze requirements and document specifications; develop reports and analyses.
• Design and document customer reporting by defining and selecting alternatives.
• Develop dynamic reports in Power BI and SSRS; present results to senior management.
• Identify actionable issues through data interpretation and trends, with LB collaboration.
• Use diverse data sources to develop methodologies for the department.
• Develop new tools and system enhancements; troubleshoot data issues.
• Address data quality issues discovered during reports and analyses.
• Participate in training and align responsibilities with the Strategic Plan.
