Qualifications

• Four years of experience managing large capital-improvement projects in design, scope, and construction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Urban Planning, Public Administration, Business Administration, or a closely related field.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership in project development from concept to construction.
• Coordinate with engineers, planners, and other staff to execute all phases of projects.
• Prepare and present project authorizations, MOUs, contracts, and budget plans.
• Engage with stakeholders and participate in public meetings to address concerns.
