Mi-Case is seeking a dedicated Business Analyst to gather, document, and analyze client requirements for public safety software initiatives. The role sits at the intersection of business processes and technology, partnering with clients and Scrum teams to ensure projects meet goals and deliver real value.

You will document workflows, support change management, lead stakeholder communications, and translate needs into user stories with clear acceptance criteria.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, information technology, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis with increasing responsibilities.
• Proficiency in BA methodologies, tools, and documentation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills to translate problems into clear, actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience utilizing Azure DevOps.

Responsabilidades

• Document complex business processes, requirements, wireframes, and specifications.
• Assist in change management by communicating changes, impacts, and benefits.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and insights.
