Job summary

ProPower is hiring a Technical Business Analyst for a fully remote role with monthly in-person presence in Lansing, MI. You will analyze business requirements, document operations, and write user stories in an Agile setting.

The role requires a bachelor's in CS/IT or equivalent experience and at least three years in analysis, implementations, and training. Experience with SQL Server/DB2, COBOL or IBM iServer AI tools, and strong communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Three years of experience in business process analysis, implementations and training.
• BA knowledge per BABOK guide.
• Experience with SDLC and agile development practices.
• Knowledge of quality assurance best practices.
• Proficient with Office tools (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint).

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff and stakeholders.
• Lead project engagements in an agile environment.
• Translate complex processes into user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Document workflows and user stories with standard tools.
• Facilitate requirements elicitation via interviews and surveys.
• Serve as liaison between stakeholders and development teams.
• Lead implementation and support of applications and integrations.
• Maintain QA activities and project logs.
• Provide client support during and after implementation.
• Perform ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
• Contribute to project plans and smaller projects.
