You will work with software development and project teams, contributing to process improvements and data-driven decision making. Strong communication and Agile familiarity are essential for stakeholder alignment and project delivery.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related role.
• Ability to gather, document, and analyze business requirements for projects.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills across organizational levels.
• Experience with software development processes and Agile methodologies is a plus.
• Certification in BA or Agile frameworks is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Document complex business processes, requirements, wireframes, and specifications.
• Lead requirements gathering efforts with stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver project goals.
• Prepare and maintain project reports and progress updates.
• Support senior analysts and project teams across multiple initiatives.
• Write clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Demonstrate application functionality to clients and future users.
• Manage stakeholder expectations to avoid scope creep.
