Mi-Case is seeking a capable Business Analyst in Indianapolis to bridge clients and development teams. You will gather, document, and analyze business requirements to ensure project success, working with clients and internal teams.

You will document processes, create user stories, support change management, and help deliver on time and within scope across multiple projects. Strong communication and analytical skills are essential, plus experience with Azure DevOps and MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, IT, or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in business analysis or related role.
• Proficiency in business analysis methodologies, tools, and documentation techniques.
• Strong analytical skills to translate complex problems into actionable requirements.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Experience with Azure DevOps or similar software development tools.

Responsibilities

• Document and analyze complex business processes, requirements, wireframes, and specifications.
• Assist in change management by communicating changes, impacts, and benefits to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather information and contribute to projects.
• Lead requirements gathering efforts with stakeholders to identify business needs and objectives.
