Rivetus Rehabilitation is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide skilled PT services under supervision in a geriatric post-acute setting. The role focuses on applying established treatment plans, documenting progress, and contributing to program development within skilled nursing facilities.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensure as required by the State of Michigan.

Responsabilidades

• Provide physical therapy treatments under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Contribute to the development, implementation of, and progression of patient treatment and modifies treatment as necessary.
• Participate in patient care conferences and program development.
• Complete documentation and adhere to policies, procedures and current standards of clinical practice.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for effective total patient care.
• Assist in discharge planning to ensure continued patient care and family instruction.
• Maintain clinical expertise through continuing education.
