Job summary

Rivetus Team is seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to provide patient care under supervision in our Livonia, MI facility. You will implement treatment plans, document care, and contribute to program development in partnership with licensed clinicians.

Responsibilities include coordinating with other disciplines, ensuring quality delivery of care, and participating in discharge planning and continuing education to maintain expertise. On-site schedule and competitive benefits are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensure as required by the State of Michigan.

Responsibilities

• Provide PTA services under the supervision of a Physical Therapist per treatment plan.
• Contribute to development and progression of patient treatment and adapt as needed.
• Participate in patient care conferences and program development.
• Complete documentation and adhere to policies and standards.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for comprehensive patient care.
