Responsibilities include documentation, coordinating care with other disciplines, and participating in discharge planning and patient education, while maintaining ongoing PTA clinical expertise through continuing education.

Qualificações

• Successful completion of an accredited Physical Therapy Assistant program.
• Licensure as required by the State of Michigan.

Responsabilidades

• Provide PT treatments per the established treatment plan under the supervision of the Physical Therapist.
• Document care and participate in patient care conferences and program development.
• Coordinate with other disciplines for effective total patient care.
• Assist in discharge planning and provide patient and family instruction.
