Renewal Rehab is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist Assistant to join our Full-Time team in Taylor, MI, serving SNF and long-term care settings. You will provide supervised PT treatments, assist in evaluating patients, and collaborate with a skilled team to ensure quality outcomes.

Requirements include an APTA-accredited associate degree and an active PTA license in Michigan, plus strong communication and organizational skills.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant in the state of practice.
• Association degree from an APTA-accredited PTA program.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy treatments under supervision of a licensed PT.
• Assist in identifying appropriate patients for therapy and coordinate with the PT for evaluation and referral.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure quality outcomes.
• Maintain documentation to meet regulatory requirements.
• Ensure all required physician orders are obtained and up to date.
