Qualifications

• Licensed in the state(s) where services are being provided as a Certified Physical Therapist Assistant.
• Ability to participate in interdisciplinary team meetings.

Responsibilities

• Treat patients according to the treatment plan under supervision of the Licensed Physical Therapist.
• Communicate pertinent information concerning patient progress to Physical Therapist and families.
• Record treatment and progress notes, and complete daily billing of services.
