Job summary

Blue State is hiring a Technical Project Manager to lead digital projects, collaborating with UX, design, strategists, and developers from concept through delivery. You will shape budgets, timelines, and deliverables while guiding client relationships and internal teams to launch Wordpress and Drupal sites.

Hybrid work model with on-site options in the US. Ideal candidates have 2+ years in tech project management for digital projects, strong communication, and a proactive, detail-oriented

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a technical project manager in digital strategy
• Experience managing agile website development projects
• Experience with Wordpress or Drupal builds
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and timelines

Responsibilities

• Scope, define, estimate, and manage budgets and timelines for website projects
• Define product specs and functional requirements with cross-functional teams
• Support senior staff in client relationships and delivery coordination
• Oversee project communications and internal resourcing/financial health
• Lead status meetings with clients and teams; manage priorities and risk
• Coordinate testing and quality control for final deliverables
• Lead post-project reviews and recommendations for improvements
• Ensure project documents are complete and archived
