Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 years of experience; advanced degree may offset years of experience.
• Familiar with Earned Value Management and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Work autonomously on project setup, invoicing, collections, and budgeting.
• Maintain contract documentation, fee and budget entries.
• Provide timely project performance data and resolve financial issues.
• Coordinate accounting systems with department and ensure contractual compliance.
• Support multiple project managers and staff daily.
• Prepare subconsultant agreements and review invoices.
• Mentor junior project accountants as needed.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
