Qualifications

• Associate degree in a closely related field or equivalent experience.
• Familiarity with Earned Value Management.
• Excellent verbal and written communication including grammar, punctuation, proofreading, spelling and telephone skills.
• Flexibility and ability to prioritize and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Self-motivated, well-organized and detail-oriented.
• Ability to handle confidential information.
• Proficiency with MS Office including Word and Outlook.
• Active participant in employee-owned culture.

Responsibilities

• Invoicing clients, collections management and project budgeting; assist with A/P, timesheets and expense reports.
• Maintain contract documentation, administration and maintenance including fee and budget entry.
• Provide timely contract performance data and resolve financial issues with project staff.
• Coordinate project accounting within the department and ensure contractual compliance.
• Support multiple project managers and staff daily.
• Perform other duties as needed.
