Job summary

The Electrical Association, a nonprofit trade association in the Minneapolis area, seeks a Program Administrative Coordinator to support daily coordination of programs, services, events, and offerings. The position is hybrid (On-Site 3 days / Remote 2 days) with an annual salary range of $45,000–$50,000, and will involve logistics, registrations, and cross‑team support across programs.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate logistics, implementation, and administration for Association programs, services, events, and offerings.
• Maintain accurate program, participant, and regulatory records as needed.
• Support instructors, presenters, partners, and team members with materials, schedules, rosters, communications, and program details.
• Assist with online and in‑person program delivery, including setup, updates, troubleshooting, and follow‑up.
• Track program information and help identify opportunities to improve processes and the customer experience.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure program communications and marketing are accurate and timely.
• Support new programs, initiatives, and special projects as they are developed.
• Shift between programs and responsibilities based on organizational priorities and seasonal workload.
