Job summary

Opportunity Partners, Inc. in Minneapolis and surrounding suburbs seeks a Program Manager to assist residents with daily living in a supported apartment or community setting.

You will develop and attain personal life goals for our residents and train staff to develop social and personal skills for independent living. The role requires supervisory experience, program plan oversight, budget management, staff training, and accurate documentation.

Qualifications

• Must have supervisory experience.
• Bachelor's/Associate/Diploma in a related field with full-time work experience in direct care or education to vulnerable adults or children.
• High school diploma or equivalent required. A designated coordinator may have a degree as described or equivalent work experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage Assistant Program Managers and staff within two residential homes.
• Oversee program plans for persons served.
• Manage finances and budget for the homes and individuals.
• Train staff how to support our people served.
• Complete people served documentation on meal plans, medication administration etc. in our systems.
• Hire and train Direct Support Professionals for our homes.
• Create and manage Direct Support Schedules.
