Job summary

Journey Found is seeking a Program Manager to coordinate daily activities and programs, ensuring quality across locations in a nonprofit setting. The role includes direct care, therapeutic supports and budget coordination while upholding HIPAA privacy and safety policies.

Responsibilities include staff scheduling, program planning, and interdisciplinary collaboration with the team to meet Person Supported goals. High school education is required, with leadership preferred.

Qualifications

• Computer literacy is required with fluency in Word, Excel & Outlook.
• Two years of experience minimum in the Human Services field.
• Behavioral management experience and/or formal training.
• BA/BS in Human Services, ABA, or related field preferred.
• Must have at least 3 years of driving experience with a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Direct Support: manage groups, provide safe transportation, assist with daily living and activities.
• Provides therapeutic support designed to increase independence and community integration.
• Schedules program or staff and coordinates communication with the team.
• Maintains budgets and prepares Direct Care Expense Reports timely.
• Attends meetings and ensures health, safety and privacy standards are followed.
