Responsibilities
- Oversee community-based and daily support services for individuals in their own homes in South King County.
- Provide direct supervision to up to 20 Direct Support Professionals (DSPs) and conduct performance reviews.
- Coordinate health care services in line with state and agency requirements.
- Monitor and maintain individuals’ medical and service benefits.
- Assist during emergencies with transfers and personal care.
- Reconcile individuals’ financial records monthly.
- Schedule monthly meetings and prepare documentation to promote teamwork.
