Devereux is seeking a Program Manager in Bridgeton, NJ to lead a multidisciplinary team in a group home setting. You will develop and oversee individualized developmental plans, ensure quality care, and manage daily operations including staffing and scheduling.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.
• Experience supervising staff in behavioral health is preferred.
• Two years experience with individuals with disabilities in community settings is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Plans and implements occupational, recreational, social, and developmental plans for individuals in care.
• Ensures program facilities are well-maintained and community-friendly.
• Oversees staff within assigned programs including hiring, performance, attendance and training compliance.
• Ensures shifts are adequately covered and programs are properly documented.
• Schedules group outings and manages shopping for home necessities.
• Coordinates transportation to appointments and day programs.
