Devereux New Jersey is seeking a Program Manager to lead a multidisciplinary team in Cape May Court House, NJ. You will oversee group homes, coordinate staff, and implement individualized development plans for residents. The role balances hands-on supervision with program development in a mission-driven nonprofit setting.

Qualificações

• Minimum High School Diploma or GED; Bachelor's in a related field preferred.
• Valid non-provisional driver’s license.
• Ten days of paid onsite orientation on weekdays.
• One year of supervisory experience in a behavioral health care setting.
• Two years of experience with individuals with disabilities in a community setting.
• Empathetic, team-oriented approach to care.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and implement occupational, recreational, social, and development plans for individuals.
• Ensure facilities are maintained to present Devereux as a good neighbor.
• Supervise staff including hiring, performance management, attendance, payroll, and training.
• Ensure shifts are adequately covered and supervise program activities.
• Plan group outings and manage home shopping and transportation to appointments.
