Boley Centers, Inc. is hiring a full-time Program Assistant for the Treatment of Individuals Experiencing Homelessness (TIEH) program at Safe Harbor in Pinellas County, St. Petersburg, FL.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in business or in the health and human services field preferred.
• Experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness and office management experience.
• Valid Florida driver's license required and ability to pass a Level 2 background check and drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Assist with data collection and reports in accordance with established timeframes and with data tracking related to DCF and SAMSHA contracts.
• Provide support to the TEIH program manager and VP of Community Services.
• Assist with presentations and financial reports and preparation of documents for submission.
• Assist with TIEH client organization including referrals, discharges and admissions.
• Assist with fielding referral phone calls and general inquiries.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of client population, community resources, linkage procedures, treatment modalities and relevant regulations.
• Maintain database of community resources including housing and apartment rentals.
• Assist with scheduling, documentation management (scanning, faxing, emailing) and calendar management.
