Job summary

Boley Centers, Inc. is seeking a TIEH Program Manager for the Pinellas County area, overseeing homeless services and coordinating with multiple partners. The role requires a master’s degree in human services with supervisory experience and a background in recovery-based case management.

The position is full-time in Clearwater, FL, and involves managing program budgets, reporting requirements, and ensuring regulatory compliance with CARF, DCF, and other agencies.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in human services or related field is required.
• At least one year of supervisory experience is required.
• Three to four years of relevant experience in human services with some experience with mentally ill adults preferred.
• Experience with launching new programs and grant compliance preferred.

Responsibilities

• Monitor staff to ensure adequacy of services and take corrective actions.
• Ensure reports are completed accurately and submitted to monitoring agencies.
• Implement recovery-oriented case management linking clients to housing resources and entitlements.
• Foster collaboration between Case Management and partners within and outside Safe Harbor.
• Maintain CARF-compliant facilities through inspections and corrective actions.
• Attend committee meetings on treatment planning, training, quality improvement and utilization review.
• Maintain accurate census data and document intake, admissions, transfers and discharges.
• Coordinate team activities to implement the recovery model and develop individualized recovery goals.
• Document activities and participate in program planning meetings.
