Qualifications

• Experience: 1+ years in a manufacturing environment; supervisory experience preferred.
• Computer Skills: Basic computer skills.
• Strong leadership and communication abilities, with a proactive work ethic.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a high performing team through hiring, training, retention, and coaching.
• Review daily production orders, ensure on-time shipments and accurate records.
• Ensure all line stations are staffed before start-up.
• Maintain machinery performance and USDA inspection readiness.
• Promote safety through daily activities and monthly meetings.
• Collaborate with other supervisors to solve problems.
• Support quality initiatives and continuous process improvement.
• Perform additional duties as needed.
