Tyson Foods is seeking a Production Supervisor for the 2nd shift in our Kentucky facility. You will supervise a manufacturing line, ensure safety, quality and productivity, and coach the team to perform at high standards.

Strong communication and leadership are essential to motivate staff and meet daily production goals. This role requires a High School diploma, 1+ year of manufacturing experience, basic computer skills, and the ability to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; vocational courses helpful.
• 1+ year in manufacturing; supervisory experience preferred.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a production team across shifts.
• Monitor production orders, quality, and yields; ensure safety standards.
• Maintain accurate records and proper line staffing for start-up.
• Coordinate with supervisors to resolve production issues and improve processes.
