The role emphasizes hands-on problem solving, process documentation, and coordination of materials, BOMs, and supplier follow-ups to support scale-up.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering or technical field.
• Experience in production, manufacturing, assembly, process engineering, or hardware environments.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical docs.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to production quality.

Responsibilities

• Develop, improve, and maintain production processes for assembly, testing, shipment, and installation readiness.
• Translate engineering designs into repeatable production workflows.
• Create and maintain work instructions, assembly procedures, checklists, quality-control documents, and production travelers.
• Work with engineering and technicians to identify and resolve issues in assembly and process.
• Support production planning with labor, tooling, workstation setup, material flow, and sequencing.
