Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience in a technical field.
• Experience in hardware production, materials planning, or supply chain coordination.
• Ability to read engineering drawings and BOMs.
• Understanding of BOMs, inventory, purchasing, and schedules in manufacturing.
• Detail-oriented with strong documentation skills.
• Experience creating or improving work instructions and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain production processes for assembly, testing, shipment, and installation readiness.
• Translate designs into repeatable production workflows and create work instructions.
• Review BOMs, drawings, and customer configuration for accuracy.
• Collaborate with engineering to improve DFx and installation readiness.
• Support production planning, labor needs, tooling, and material flow.
• Monitor inventory, track supplier lead times, and manage purchasing data.
• Assist with production planning to meet schedules and reduce delays.
• Lead root-cause analysis for production or material issues.
