Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail customer service environment.
• Ability to bend, lift and move objects throughout the day.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork to achieve mission goals.
• Driving only if the position requires it and you have valid license/insurance (if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Greet donors and accept donations at the donation station with friendly service.
• Issue donor receipts and handle donated goods carefully.
• Load, unload, and move donated items using a hand truck or on pallets.
• Sort and price items, maintain clean work areas and organize stock.
• Restock supplies and keep aisles clear; report hazards to supervisor.
