Job summary

Goodwill San Antonio is seeking a Production Associate to support donation processing, pricing and stocking in our retail operation. You will load and unload donated goods, assist customers and donors, and help maintain clean, organized work areas.

With 6 months to 1 year of retail customer service experience, you’ll work as part of a team to meet daily production goals, follow safety guidelines, and contribute to our mission of fighting poverty and creating opportunity in the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in retail customer service.
• Ability to bend, lift and move objects; two-person lifting may be required.
• Good verbal communication and teamwork to achieve goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service to donors and customers.
• Handle, sort and price donated items as needed.
• Load, unload and move donated goods using a hand truck to support workflow.
• Keep work areas clean, organized and safe; report hazards.
• Assist in supplying stations and maintain inventory control.
• Adhere to loss prevention, ethics and safety policies.
