HealthPro Heritage is seeking a PRN Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant to provide therapy services in an Apostolic Christian Home setting. Work includes delivering therapy per Plan of Care, promoting independence in daily living activities, and supporting residents across long-term care.

The role focuses on collaboration with the care team, monitoring progress, documenting outcomes, and adjusting activities to patient needs.

Qualifikationen

• Associate's degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.
• NBCOT-certified or eligible to become certified as a COTA.
• Current state licensure to practice as a Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant.
• Experience in an OT setting preferred; new grads welcome.

Aufgaben

• Deliver individualized therapy under the Occupational Therapist’s plan, including activities to improve daily living skills.
• Monitor and document patient progress, maintaining accurate records per facility policies.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and educate patients and families on exercises and adaptive equipment.
• Lead or assist therapeutic activities to promote patient engagement and independence.
