Job summary

Qualifications

• Associate degree from an accredited OTA program.
• NBCOT certification as an OTA.

Responsibilities

• Deliver individualized therapy based on treatment plans.
• Track and document patient progress and maintain records.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to provide holistic care and educate patients/families.
• Lead or assist patients with activities of daily living and therapeutic tasks.
