Qualifications

• Associate’s degree in Occupational Therapy Assistant from an accredited program.

• Deliver individualized therapy under OT direction to improve ADLs.
• Monitor and document patient progress and maintain records.
• Collaborate with PT, OT, nursing and education patients and families.
