Job summary

CASES is seeking a Clinical Case Coordinator for our Harlem-based Pretrial Services Case Management Team. You will conduct Supervision Introduction/Orientation meetings with new participants, review supervision conditions, and monitor reporting schedules and court appearances.

You will build collaborative service plans addressing psychosocial needs and provide strengths-based, culturally sensitive support to reduce recidivism.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work or a related field is required or strongly preferred.
• Licensure in social work or related field is preferred.
• Experience delivering community-based services to individuals in the justice system is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide supervision and community-based services to a caseload of pretrial participants.
• Rapidly conduct Supervision Introduction/Orientation meetings within 24–48 hours of release.
• Collaborate with court and pretrial staff to ensure attendance at mandated appointments.
• Review documentation and analyze offending behavior to identify needed supports.
• Assess psychosocial needs and develop collaborative service plans.
• Link participants to treatment and escort to community services.
• Maintain timely electronic charting and confidentiality-compliant reporting.
• Meet monthly case management outreach goals and work flexibly as needed.
• Deliver gender-responsive, trauma-informed services in line with risk-need-responsivity.
• Engage with external providers to coordinate housing, health, and employment supports.
