Qualifications

• High school diploma required; degree in a related field preferred.
• 1–2 years experience with people with complex needs; 3–5 preferred.

Responsibilities

• Help individuals perform essential life skills (meal prep, hygiene, community navigation).
• Advocate for clients rights and medical care.
• Complete shift documentation and record-keeping.
• Manage crises safely; training provided in Positive Behavioral Supports and 245D.
• Provide trauma-informed daily care.
