Qualifications

• Associate's degree (A. A. / A. S.) or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to four years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to read and write routine reports and correspondence; proficient in MS Word and Outlook.
• Experience with Needles Case Management software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide client service updates on case status via phone, text, and email.
• Review documents to ensure accuracy.
• Maintain thorough documentation in the case management system.
• Manage retrieval and processing of medical records and bills.
• Maintain organized file custody and update records as needed.
• Assist assigned attorney on the file.
• Cover for others during vacations or LOAs.
• Handle files in pre-litigation; no litigation after suit is filed.
