Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school.
• 3–4 years related experience and/or training.
• Ability to use Microsoft Word and Needles Case Management software.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service by updating them on the status of their case through phone calls, text messaging, and emails.
• Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy.
• Keeping thorough documentation in the case management system.
• Manage the retrieval and processing of medical records and bills.
• Maintaining physical custody of the file and keeping it organized and updated appropriately.
• Providing professional assistance to the attorney assigned to the file.
• This role will have a lower caseload and assist with covering for others when they are on vacation or LOAs.
• This role handles files in the pre-litigation status. This position does not handle litigation after a suit is filed in a case.
