Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional client service by updating on case status via phone, text, and email.
• Review documents for accuracy and maintain thorough case management records.
• Manage retrieval and processing of medical records and bills.
• Maintain organized file custody and assist the attorney on the file.
• Cover for others when on vacation or LOAs; handle pre-litigation files.
