Qualifications

• Associate's degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or three to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Microsoft Word; Microsoft Outlook and Needles Case Management software are required.
• Ability to read and interpret documents, write routine reports and communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Providing exceptional client service by updating clients on case status via phone, text, and email.
• Reviewing documents to ensure accuracy.
• Maintaining thorough documentation in the case management system.
• Managing retrieval and processing of medical records and bills.
• Maintaining custody of files and keeping them organized.
• Assisting the attorney assigned to the file.
• Assisting with coverage for others during vacations or LOAs.
• Handling files in pre-litigation status (not litigation after suit filed).
